Educational researcher Sugata Mitra is the winner of the 2013 TED Prize. His wish: Build a School in the Cloud, where children can explore and learn from one another. This concept can teach us about how adults learn in a business environment and the possible impact for Learning and Development.
Martin, a former CP at Halfords has pushed learning and development high up the agenda at his new company Wolseley plc - a multinational building materials distribution company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. He will talk us through how he used the Insights portfolio to enhance the L&D programme at Wolseley.
Patrick runs a business which helps people to measure the impact of learning and development. He has been working with Martin Mason at Wolseley to help him prove that what he is doing is working. Patrick will share valuable hints and tips that you can use right now in your organisation.
