Meet the Panellists

Jessica Brugère
CHANGE CARE

Jessica is an Insights Discovery Practitioner, Executive Coach and Consultant in Change Management. She is the founder of CHANGE CARE, a Change Management Consulting, Training and Coaching firm that accompanies organisations and teams with creative and collaborative practices. She has over 20 years' experience in Life Science for major international players, where she played a role in counselling upper management teams, as well as in global consulting and audit firms.

Abby Shaddox
Baird

Abby Shaddox is Talent Development Consultant at Baird, a financial services company based in Wisconsin (USA). She is a Certified Insights Practitioner, as well as a Certified Change Practitioner in the ADKAR Model of change management. Her work primarily focuses on teams and individuals in the areas of communication, collaboration and change.

Mike Jones
Momentum (People Development) Ltd

Mike is the Managing Director of Momentum (People Development) Ltd and has nearly 30 years' experience in the Learning and Development industry. He has been connected to Insights since 1996 as a customer, a part of the team, and now as an associate consultant. He played a key role in the development of many of the products that underpin Insights solutions. He has facilitated workshops and delivered at conferences in over 30 countries. His first book "Questions you should be asking yourself... and only you can answer" has just been released.

Euan Batten
Insights

Euan is a Learning and Development Manager at Insights and has been in Learning and Organisational Development for over 20 years. He has a breadth of experience as both an external consultant and in senior roles within organisations. His most recent roles have seen him leading the strategic people plans on organisation wide transformation change programmes. He has a proven track record in improving employee motivation and engagement through the use of targeted internal communications and employee brand engagement programmes.
