Tanya holds a PhD in industrial/organisational psychology from Seattle Pacific University and has more than 15 years of experience working as an internal and external consultant and university instructor. Tanya’s current area of exploration, writing, and speaking is awareness, seeking to broaden the definition beyond self-awareness, consider the impact of awareness on performance, and create ways to activate awareness to help individuals, teams, leaders, and organisations achieve more.
