This workshop will provide a walk-through of Insights Explore, an entry-level digital-only profile that is intended as an introduction to the world of Insights colour energies and the language of colour.  The Insights Explore profile is aimed at frontline workers (factory floor, retail, healthcare), non-desk workers and recent college graduates, helping them understand their communication style while teaching them how to adapt in real-world situations.   This awareness helps reduce friction and build stronger relationships with both their colleagues and customers.

Insights Explore is a way to reach a new and different audience than you have with Insights Discovery, allowing you to roll-out the colour energy framework at scale, creating a consistent and inclusive foundation for development across your workforce.

In this session, you will receive a walk-through and overview of the new learner content including bite-sized and blended content that is accessible and optimised for portable devices.  Also note that if you are using Insights Explore on the New Customer Platform, you will find expanded content in the six core languages.

Please contact your Account Manager if you have questions or would like more details before attending the session.

Preparation

Take a look at the Insights Explore e-learning modules that are available on Connections (https://connections.insights.com/materials/workshop-materials/insights-explore/) and come prepared with any questions you may have.

Giving and receiving feedback is an important part of effective individual, team or organisational development.  However, giving feedback effectively can be difficult and one approach might not be suitable for each person.  In this online, interactive discussion we will explore how fellow practitioners are creating a suitable environment for feedback and how the awareness of preference might create stronger impact.

Preparation

Consider how your clients, teams or organisation currently approach feedback and where self-awareness might contribute to that perspective

This workshop introduces the New Customer Platform (NCP)—a modern system for planning, delivering, and managing Insights learning experiences. Participants will explore how NCP replaces Insights Online with a more scalable, user‑friendly platform that reduces admin overhead, streamlines workshop planning, and improves learner management. The session covers key features such as experience setup, automated reminders, bulk learner uploads, evaluator and profile management, and how different user groups (Client Services, self‑serve customers, and partners) use the platform to deliver high‑quality Insights experiences.
