Lara has nearly 15 years’ experience in learning and development management across a number of global leading pharmaceutical organisations. 

Lara became a client practitioner many years ago and has taken the learnings from Insights to her different roles. Lara’s strategic focus shines through her creation and application of learner journeys that talk to the long term inclusive cultural aims of the business. Lara has built a community of client practitioners in Roche whilst embedding the Insights four colour model into their culture to enable better communication, team work, leadership and customer engagement through increased self-awareness.
