Pricing & Conditions

 

 Insights Conference Registration Fee:
  • $595.00 fee includes conference attendance for both dates

 

Insights Discovery Accreditation Renewal Fee:
  • $440 Fee  for renewal date only.

 

Insights Conference and Renewal Fee:
  • $1035.00 for renewal and conference.

 

 Invoicing:
  •  Insights will invoice for the conference registration and renewal fees separately.
  • Within two weeks of registering, Insights will email the invoice. Please ensure the appropriate email address is provided on the registration page.
  • Payment is due upon receiving the invoice. *Current MSA or Purchase Order agreements with Insights due not apply to conference event.

 

Accepted Forms of Payment/Contract for Payment:  

Credit Card, Check, and Purchase Order

 

Additional payment details:
  •  Payment made with a credit card: Insights will first email the invoice, and then a World Pay Link will be provided for payment. Payment is due within 5 days of receipt of link.
  • Insights mailing address will be included on the invoice for payments made by check.
  • Provide purchase order number on registration page as required

*Within 2 business days of registering, please email a copy of the purchase order document to Chantel Nichols cnichols@insights.com.  

 

Cancellation: 

No refunds will be provided for conference registration or renewal cancellations.

 

Hotel Accommodations Liability:

Registrants are responsible for all hotel charges, including reservation changes or cancellation fees.  Please contact the hotel directly regarding any possible changes for your stay.
