1:00-2:00                 Go With It: Embrace the Unexpected to Drive Change

In this interactive session, Karen Hough, former Second City performer and CEO of ImprovEdge will demonstrate how we can use the art of improvisation to drive change and innovation. Improvisers play, think upside down and brainstorm more efficiently; leveraging these behaviors in organizations propels people and ideas forward- let’s go with it together!

2:15 -5:00                Breakout Sessions 1, 2, 3

Session 1                Building Trust through Leadership  

Are the teams you work with challenged by a lack of trust? Trust is critical to the effectiveness of teams and organizations, and has been shown to encourage collaboration and communication and boost productivity. Join us to learn how you can use the Insights Discovery portfolio to help build trust within the teams you work with.

Session 2                 Exploring Next Steps for Learning

What comes next after a Beginning the Journey session? How can we take the experience further?How can we capitalize on our investment and show value back in the workplace? We will explore hands-on, real-life experiences on how to shift from profiles to perfomrance and content to conversation.    

Session 3                 Personal Productivity | A Better Day: Achieving work/life mix in a mixed-up                                    world

The pace of change, the volume of email and seemingly conflicting priorities are just some of the many contributors to the feeling of overwhelm that many of us experience. The bad news – the factors are not likely to change. The good news – there is a better way to manage your work and achieve a better mix of work and life.

Lively and enriching discussions focused on specific topics- choose two from topics such as Keeping it Alive, Key Chapters of the Discovery Profile, integrating new team members, etc. Table Topic discussions will be facilitated by an Insights Faculty member.

 9:45-10:45                Engagement Part One: Insights' Learning Journey for Engagement 

You know “employee engagement” but you’ve never seen it like this! Experience part of Insights new Engagement solution, and walk away with new perspectives, ideas, and tools to make a difference in your organization.

11:00-12:30             Engagement Part Two: From Content to Conversation

Explore how it feels to move from Content to Conversation, using a facilitated approach to working with participants as you experience one of the modules from our Engagement solution. This session also gives you an understanding for the components of a learning journey, through learning accelerators you may need to complete ahead of time, the live experience at the workshop, and toolkits you can access as needed following the session.

1:30-2:30                 This is How We Do It! Customer Success Stories

Insights customers share their expertise on implementing learning solutions and the impact they have had on their organizations. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the greater practitioner community and leverage best practices that have had proven results.
