In these workshops we will open up the portfolio to help you to deliver beyond the Introduction to Discovery. We will take you through each of the different offerings available so that you feel confident to deliver.

Topics include:

This workshop will provide a walk-through of Insights Explore, an entry-level digital-only profile that is intended as an introduction to the world of Insights colour energies and the language of colour.  The Insights Explore profile is aimed at frontline workers (factory floor, retail, healthcare), non-desk workers and recent college graduates, helping them understand their communication style while teaching them how to adapt in real-world situations.   This awareness helps reduce friction and build stronger relationships with both their colleagues and customers.

Insights Explore is a way to reach a new and different audience than you have with Insights Discovery, allowing you to roll-out the colour energy framework at scale, creating a consistent and inclusive foundation for development across your workforce.

In this session, you will receive a walk-through and overview of the new learner content including bite-sized and blended content that is accessible and optimised for portable devices. Also note that if you are using Insights Explore on the New Customer Platform, you will find expanded content in the six core languages.

Take a look at the Explore e-learning modules that are available on Connections (https://connections.insights.com/materials/workshop-materials/insights-explore/) and come prepared with any questions you may have.

Self Aware Leader (SAL) build on Discovering Leadership Effectiveness to take a deeper dive into the impact of preference and self-awareness on leadership style. It is supported by a Leadership profile (IDTL profile) and a selection of content, which you have access to as a practitioner. If you’d like some more information and guidance for how to use this content then please come along to this Learn session with all of your questions.

Preparation

Please review the SAL content that’s available on Connections and bring your questions to the live session. 

This workshop aims to deepen your knowledge of the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership (IDTL) profile and its various applications and uses.  By looking at the profile in more detail, you will not only learn more about your relationship with each of the Eight Dimensions of Leadership, but you will see how IDTL is not exclusive to the Self-Aware Leader programme, but can be used in numerous ways and linked with some of our other programmes, not only leadership-related. 
The session will enable reflection and conversation about strengths felt and challenges faced in applying the 8 leadership dimensions, enabling you to have constructive conversations with peers about functioning as a transformational leader and about actions that can be taken to develop personally and professionally.

Learning Objectives:
1)    To deepen knowledge of the IDTL profile and the SAL model and its applications as a self-awareness tool for use in leadership development.
2)    To prepare practitioners to use the IDTL profile and associated resources in combination with various topics and needs to create individual learner journeys. 
3)    To help practitioners understand the variety of use cases for IDTL 
4)    Plan next steps on a journey using IDTL in creating and delivering leader development programs.

Preparation
Read the handout outlining the 8 Dimensions of Leadership and have a think about the meaning of the 8 Dimensions. 
Think through the possible applications of IDTL in working with clients, colleagues, team members; keeping in mind that the profile can be used for people in a variety of roles, not only ‘leaders’
