Topics Include:

Team development, communication and performance is a constant within most organisations but the world around us is anything but constant.  As a practitioner, what could you bring to your teams that would enable them to thrive throughout any challenges and put self-awareness at their centre?  You’ve likely discovered (or used) some team approaches from Insights in the past so in this online, interactive discussion we will take time to learn from each other as well as introducing you to new ideas or approaches that might help your teams step to the next level. 
 
Preparation 

•    Take some time to explore Connections and see if you can come across anything that you’d like to explore as part of team application  
•    Consider what your organisation currently does with team development and where self-awareness might contribute to that approach

Change is an ever-present topic in the work environment. As practitioners, we are often asked to support individuals, teams or leaders through a change process.  In this online, interactive discussion we can share thoughts and ideas with our fellow practitioners as to how self-awareness and the awareness of others can positively impact the route through change. 
  
Preparation

•    Review your own Insights Discovery profile and consider how your preferences might show up during times of change – do your behaviours during change align to your usual order of colour energy preference?
•    Consider a recent change you have experienced or that you have recently supported your own clients/organisations/teams through – where could the addition of self-awareness have helped to create more effective navigation through the change? 
•    Review the sessions from Insights Live 2023 and identify any specific areas you’d like to discuss
