With the progressive increase in different working environments and remotely dispersed colleagues, we as practitioners are often asked to support teams in improving their communication within these new working environments. In this online, interactive discussion we will share thoughts and ideas with our fellow practitioners as to how self-awareness and the awareness of others can positively impact effective communication.

- Consider the current situation within your own clients/organisations/teams and what steps are currently being taken to improve communication – where could the addition of self-awareness help to create greater impact?
Workshop description:
Giving and receiving feedback is an important part of effective individual, team or organisational development. However, giving feedback effectively can be difficult and a ‘one size fits all’ approach might not always be the best option. In this online, interactive discussion we will explore how fellow practitioners are creating a suitable environment for feedback and how the awareness of preference allows one to have a stronger impact.
