With the progressive increase in different working environments and remotely dispersed colleagues, we as practitioners are often asked to support teams in improving their communication within this working environment. In this online, interactive discussion we can share thoughts and ideas with our fellow practitioners as to how self-awareness and the awareness of others can positively impact effective communication.

However, as a practitioner it can be challenging to start that conversation with a key stakeholder in a way that demonstrates the impact of self-awareness and preferences within the business context.
