The colour energies are the core of our model and they’re the first piece of information that our people usually remember. Do you feel like you have a strong understanding of what each energy represents and how to bring it to life for others? Do some feel really comfortable but you struggle to describe them all with the same confidence? In this Begin session, you will recap on what each of the colour energies represent and be offered some help to build your own knowledge and where to find some useful resources.
